Additional duties included scenario modeling for proposed operational and policy change as well as project management for IT, capital, programmatic or public private partnerships for the district on an as needed basis.For ten months serve as project manager for the updating and conversion of the financial software. Including: - Develop business case and present funding proposal for the project. - Document current business process through mapping and identify areas of needed improvement in both technology, workflow, developing system interfaces and eliminating shadow systems. Included in the scope of the project time entry, attendance,HR, AP, AR, cash receipts, financial reporting and proposing changes to the chart of accounts. - Work with a cross functional team of staff to understand user requirements, streamline work processes, identify challenges and and communicate expectations. - Develop and release an RFP and vendor selection process.
