• Systems Engineering for B-52 Combat Network Communications Technology (CONECT) Program.• Engage with key stakeholders across the Boeing Enterprise to ensure program requirements are met with successful completion of short range, long range, and contractual milestones and deliverables.• Prime Engineer on multiple proposal efforts, both over and under TINA ($2M). Evaluate RFP and SOW to create Basis of Estimate in coordination with functional groups, create Change Request and Tech Volume documentation, and present to Change Control Board for submittal approval.• Create and maintain a Line of Balance to track receipt of parts for Kit completion and DD250 within contractual obligation.• Report on Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) issues and work risk mitigation to support program.• Present in Program Management Reviews to Senior Management and Air Force customer on program status, risks, and action items.

Systima Technologies supports the DoD and Space industries with engineering R&D specializing in prototype development especially pertaining to energetic devices. Responsibilities: • Draft and maintain build procedures keeping team members informed of in-process changes through First Article Assembly.• Assist development team in prototyping and recommendation of in-process design changes.• Update Solidworks assemblies, drawings, and BOM following ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.• Manage scheduling as it relates to receiving of critical components on multiple projects.

Next Level Training supports the Law Enforcement and Civilian firearm communities through its laser dry fire training products sold under the SIRT name. The SIRT has been selected by the FBI as a primary training platform for new recruits at the Quantico, VA training facility. My responsibilities involved updating existing product lines as well as inventing and bringing to market additional products.Responsibilities:• Lead product development from initial design through prototyping and testing of parts and systems to meet requirements. Primary Inventor on U. S. Provisional Patent relating to a Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger Training Pistol. Utility Patent in process. Add on to Patent US 8,646,201 B2. Designed SIRT 107 and SIRT Pocket Pistol currently available for consumer sales.• Maintain Solidworks models and Part Drawings to current manufacturing REV level following ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.• Analyze root cause failures and develop design and/or process changes.• Provide internal manufacturing and production support including the development of workflow process improvement and LEAN practices.• Manage outside manufacturing vendors and engineers providing technical support and project planning.

Worked in a team effort involving students and faculty to design, manufacture, and test an open wheeled racecar. Specific focus on chassis development involving the use of composite materials. Instrumented mechanical components for data acquisition. Competed against an International group of colleges, being awarded 6th Place overall out of 85 teams in the 2009 FSAE West competition.
