Primary Inventor on U. S. Provisional Patent relating to a Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger Training Pistol. Utility Patent in process. Add on to Patent US 8,646,201 B2. Designed SIRT 107 and SIRT Pocket Pistol currently available for consumer sales.• Maintain Solidworks models and Part Drawings to current manufacturing REV level following ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.• Analyze root cause failures and develop design and/or process changes.• Provide internal manufacturing and production support including the development of workflow process improvement and LEAN practices.• Manage outside manufacturing vendors and engineers providing technical support and project planning.
