I worked closely with a team of interns to promote public health awareness in the city of Rexburg. Create and conduct research in the area of public health matters. Promote health-related events. Work closely with faculty and community members to apply educational experience in public health. In addition to these responsibilities, I was assigned to be the grant writer for the non-profit and work closely with the CEO to apply key skills in grant writing and research in creating applicable funds for the organization.Within the team we were able to increase health awareness through community outreach activities, work with local leaders, and create positive results in the community for healthy living.

Manage the operations of the health center. Analyze data and create spreadsheets on acquired data. Apply correct HIPAA policies and keep up-to-date protocols and programs for the campus. I was able to promote and plan health events throughout the school (i.e. vaccinations and physical exams). Educate the student population by providing information on the flu season and healthy living habits.

As a BYU-Idaho Student Activities Coordinator, we are responsible for training new employees to set up equipment, use specific software for sports, and help them become first aid and CPR certified. As coordinators we schedule game managers to watch over games and activities to make sure participants play safely and have fun.

In the Games Manager position, our responsibilities include setting up the field and court equipment for the specific sport or activity we are over. During the sports we observe, we watch for the participants' conduct and score the teams' overall sportsmanship in the competition. In addition to observing sportsmanship, we are trained in first aid and CPR if an emergency or severe injury occurs. Another responsibility the games managers have is to fill out a spreadsheet each night from Monday-Friday and some Saturdays to keep track of injuries, spectators, misconducts from participants, and if participants follow the dress and grooming standards of the university.

Sports Officials Lead position that observes the sports officials that are underneath them in the specific sport they cover. The lead trains those that are hired after training to see if they are qualified to work the sport they applied for.

The Rugby Coordinator position includes the responsibility of scheduling fields for use of the league, players follow rules and guidelines of the games, enforcing punishment from misconduct in games, and making sure players, coaches, officials, and staff are taken care of for the season.

Crew members working in the kitchen must follow strict sanitary guidelines. Such as cleaning and preparing cooking equipment. Crew Members in the kitchen follow time expiration by providing time stamps for certain foods after they are cooked. In addition to Crew Members being a part of cleaning, they are to work the fryers and grills for breakfast and lunch/dinner menus and make sure the food is cooked to the correct temperatures with help from the manager to be recorded for the food chart.

At C and M Relocation services, as a mover, the responsibilities include being dressed appropriately for the job, the ability to carry over 80 lbs. throughout the day, having attention to detail, and following directions from clients we are working with and supervisors.As supervisors, the responsibilities were to inspect, walkthrough, and record the equipment that is being moved out of the building. Through these walkthroughs, supervisors can record how many items are being moved, and what supplies are needed for the move. For example, how large of a moving truck is needed, how many hand trucks, dollies, carts, moving wraps, blankets, tools, and so on. In addition to these responsibilities, supervisors collect the invoice after the move is complete.

Officiate high school volleyball matches in the San Diego area. As a volleyball official, the responsibilities include being an R1 (up referee), R2 (down referee), and line judge. As an R1, the call is made and sustained by the R1. As an R2, it is a supportive role, but share the responsibilities with the R1 for most of the game. Line Judges, watch for the ball to be in or out, and with or without a touch within the dimensions of the court.

I was a door to door salesman for this terrific local to San Diego solar company. I went door to door, and also had leads given by neighbors,family members,and friends.

In the cashier position, the responsibilities are to answer phone calls, collect money, print invoices for customers, and schedule delivery drivers to drop off supplies for customers.As a tractor operator, the responsibilities include greasing equipment so that it runs correctly, filling them with gas, and load materials into trucks, and trailers, and measuring it out to what the customer purchased.

As a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints we are there to represent the LDS church and teach people about our beliefs. While serving we get assignments to be an area leader, district leader, trainer, zone leader, and other leadership positions while teaching the people that live in the areas we serve. While during my time of service, I was able to train several missionaries, assigned to be a district leader in several areas, and be an area leader for most of my time of service. While in leadership positions I was given the opportunity to give weekly training meetings, follow up on goals set by other missionaries in the district, and report each at the end of each week and month on how our goals are being met, and what needs to be improved.

As a volleyball coach, the idea is to teach the girls the correct principles of the game. Explain and critique them in a way that they can grow into the position(s) they play and prepare them to play at higher levels.
