Development, implementation, and evaluation of campus programing to engage men in violence prevention efforts. Leading socioemotional support groups and peer-facilitator trainings for violence prevention and healthy relationship programming, In the quest to mitigate power-based violence through healing, as a Graduate Assistant, Seth works with men to create vulnerable spaces for healing and to create a values-based foundation of respect and compassion with ones-self, other men and their community. Developing and delivering socioemotional groups and peer-facilitation training towards internal and cultural health at CWRU.

Led team of staff and at-risk young adults (ages 13-29) through the rigorous physical, emotional, and social challenges of remote therapeutic wilderness expeditions. Within a nuanced understanding of therapeutic, developmental, and neurological frameworks, I led emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and creative therapeutic interventions.Collaborated with interdisciplinary treatment team to execute diverse and unique interventions (DBT, CBT, Gestalt, IFS, Mindfulness, ACT) with clients across of clinical profiles (Developmental & Relational Trauma, Addiction, Neurodivergent Disorders, ODD, Abuse, Mood Disorders, and more).
