I started Angling United LLC with the goal of creating a network of anglers who can have a platform to work together and communicate to learn more about the sport of fishing with an emphasis on content creation. I directed our web designers to build a website that facilitates that cause, and for the past 11 months I have been growing the brand through social media, the main hub of which is our Instagram page which currently sits at over 40,000 followers and growing quickly. We are averaging over 3,000 interactions on our posts every day.Our goal is to eventually turn Angling United into the strongest network of anglers in the world.

• Facilitated the sale of several millions of dollars worth of real estate in and around northern Illinois and Chicagoland, averaging 6-8 home sale transactions a year• Prepared documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, disclosures, leases, deeds, and closing statements• Developed relationships with Attorneys, Inspectors, Appraisers, Mortgage Brokers, and other Realtors and worked hand in hand with them to ensure my clients the highest level of service during their Real Estate transaction• Advised my sellers how to maximize the value of their home and utilized all marketing tools at my disposal to find them a qualified buyer in the shortest amount of time possible• Helped train new brokers on the process of facilitating real estate transactions and fulfilling fiduciary responsibility to clients
