Seth is the leader of the growing team of architects and professionals at Seth P. Roye Architect PC. He spent over a decade at Rick Kramer Architect PC where he climbed the ladder to become the firm's director. Seth is a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector allowing him to submit NYC Local Law 11 FISP reports. He is expert in the restoration of historic and Landmarked building facades. His experience goes beyond the building envelope and over the past decade he has earned a reputation as a thorough but fair arbiter of tenant apartment alterations on behalf of scores of coop and condo boards throughout NYC. Seth is involved civically in his home town currently serving a 5 year appointment to the Village of Ossining Planning Board and Architectural Review Board. In 2021 he was appointed to serve as the board’s Chair. When he is not hanging off of buildings or reviewing drawings, Seth enjoys competing in the swimming pool. A former captain of the Vassar College Men’s Swimming and Diving Team, Seth remains a committed member of US Master’s Swimming, and is currently the coordinator of the Ossining Master’s Swimming workout group, which swims under the Westchester Masters Swimming umbrella.
