I have found my calling in creating and sustaining good governance and sustainable development. What gets me out of bed in the morning is the knowledge that constant development and improvements of public institutions is the best way to make meaningful progress towards improving quality of life for everyone. I strongly believe that government institutions play a major role in the creation, and propagation, of human and social capital and that i want to contribute to this process in some meaningful way. Professionally, I feel that I have a great deal of unique skills and experiences that would contribute to the capacity, agility and innovation capacity of any team. My resume details my employment and responsibilities in recent years for two regional governments at different levels of the political structure. My breadth of experience spans from data driven analysis of various government services to production and oversight of groundwork and analysis for political decision-making of soft issues such as the political and democratic aspects of healthcare provision in sparsely populated areas. Besides my current project management role i also spend a significant amount of time building analytical models through business intelligence software (Power BI). In my previous positions my employers have come to rely upon my solution-oriented mindset and impetus when it comes to making sure progress is always made on issues and positive organizational development.My thesis, which concerned the privatization of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), allowed me to explore the dynamics of the intersection of the public and private sectors as well as diving in to intergovernmental dynamics and analytical frameworks.
