I am a Customer Service Representative at Versant Power. I am tasked with assisting customers in answering billing questions, establishing and ending services, creating service orders for new projects, and diagnosing issues with high electricity use. Each day I get to assist Versant customers in solving their issues that provides hands on experience with communicating with customer over the phone and problem solving customer issues/complaints.
