Seth Thomas Hall is the Founder of Transformational Solutions and Author of "The Mountain Method”, “The Happy Tiger”, “The V.I.S.I.O.N.S. Program”, and “The Life Skills Coloring Book”. Through his personal journey recovering from addiction, depression, and homelessness, Seth has made it his mission to support others in knowing that no matter where they come from, with a strong desire to change coupled with consistent action, they can transform their lives and achieve their dreams. Seth is a Certified Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and featured co-author and brand ambassador for WikiHow. He is well-versed in coaching clients, both individually and in a group setting. He works with clients to help them create a life of meaning and purpose. He has spent years working with clinical teams and families in coordinating care for clients and teaches healthy habits and new behaviors that are conducive to a prosperous lifestyle. He facilitates motivational life skills groups that allow people the opportunity to motivate themselves intrinsically.
