A Senior Designer responsible for all Civil aspects on multi-discipline projects (with Lead and Guidance from Civil Engineer).• Develops scope, assists with cost estimate, schedule, design strategy and determines resources needed on Civil projects.• Able to prepare and deliver sketches for a specific segment of a project as required.• Completes Civil/Structural designs that are constructible, and maintainable in accordance with the standards and work processes. Designs will include both new installations and modernization of existing facilities.• Collaborates with other multi-discipline designers / drafters to accomplish Civil/Structural design of projects.• Exchanges technical information with peers, other engineers, and contractors.• Capable creating new design standards for an entire office.

-Understanding of Architectural layouts and site plans.-Responsible for measurements of a job site.-Familiar with working in Commercial and Residential areas.-Hands on meetings and communications with contractors and/or customers.-Warehouse Management of inventory and stock materials with the use of Microsoft Applications.
