- Serve as a member of the President's Cabinet. - Ensure support services and programs are consistent with the institutional mission and strategic plans. - Provide leadership for the functional areas of the Office of Diversity Education and Support Services, Residence Life, Student Activities, and Student Conduct and Community Standards. - Serve as the Senior Diversity Officer for the campus. In this capacity, I work strategically with all community stakeholders to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion organizational progress.

- Coordinate the College’s strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives including the development and implementation of programs directed at creating a sense of community for students, faculty, and staff- Serve as a member of the President's Cabinet and Executive Council- Collaborate with academic departments and Human Resources to create diversity recruitment plans for faculty and staff that address advertising, networking, recruitment outreach activities, and other techniques for increasing and retaining the number of candidates from underrepresented groups- Plan, develop, implement, and assess institutional retention programs and services regarding students of color and other underrepresented populations- Work with Human Resources as a partner on Title IX, diversity, equity, and Inclusion training for faculty and staff, and advise on needs assessment, content, and delivery issues- Serve as a Title IX hearing officer and coordinate investigations of students, faculty, and staff- Generate annual reports, highlighting activities and outcomes in support of faculty, staff, and student diversity, Equity, and Inclusion outcomes- Develop and manage departmental and endowment budgets

- Plan, develop, implement, and assess institutional retention programs and services regarding students of color and underrepresented cultures- Garnered outside funding support to increase and continue the operation of a successful peer mentor program for first-year students from underrepresented backgrounds- Coordinated the annual Student Diversity Leadership Retreat- Created and delivered a wide spectrum of co-curricular programs for students faculty and staff- Developed and administered a web-based survey geared towards assessing students’ perception of the campus climate- Developed and managed departmental budgets

- Facilitated a wide spectrum of diversity, equity , and inclusion workshops and events for students and staff- Advised international students in order to maintain the college's immigration compliance- Developed and managed departmental budgets as well as monitored 7 student organization accounts- Supervised and developed training for an Assistant Director and fifteen Orientation Leaders- Provided oversight, design, and implementation of seven orientation sessions, as well as managed operating budget- Created an outdoor orientation program (North Star Adirondack Adventure Program)
