His ability to establish trusting professional relationships, along with his strengths as a trained circle-keeper, conflict mediator, and mental health professional, help ensure that students are supported in the classroom, at home, and in the community. He also leads tailored staff trainings to increase competency and build capacity for supportive school environments, including workshops on mental health and wellbeing, developmental stages, de-escalation strategies, classroom strategies for special education students and students with trauma, and parental engagement. Seth is passionate about navigating the path to transformative change and enjoys working with school staff, parents and caregivers, county agencies, and community partners to foster healthy and productive school cultures.
