I embrace being thrown in at the deep end, and thrive on a challenge. Working in a fast paced environment is normality for me, juggling many priorities and working on a variety of projects and technologies. I am good at managing my time effectively, and so happy with a high degree of autonomy. As I have always picked up things very quickly, any gaps in my knowledge are soon filled when approaching a new role.Experimenting with new technologies has always interested me, so although I am strong at my headline skills, there is a good breadth to my technical knowledge. On the other side I am comfortable defining functionality and I am consulted by business analysts and product owners on ideas to improve product.I have always fostered good relationships with customers, always seeking to understand what they want. I am comfortable with leading discussions and gathering requirements.Striving to improve ways of doing things, and exploring new ideas, I have demonstrated a good deal of leadership in my career to-date. This has extended to leading teams, including virtual teams. In my current role I have been the technical lead for workflow process development for a number of years, and the go-to person for knowledge on the technologies we use and how to most effectively use them.I am no stranger to going the extra mile to ensure a task is finished to schedule and to the highest standard. I believe my versatility, experience, and dedication would be a good addition to your organisation.
