Seth Watje graduated from San Diego State University and furthered his education at the University of San Diego, earning a Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Development. With nearly two decades dedicated exclusively to multifamily assets, Seth has successfully closed over $500,000,000 in apartment transactions, spanning from San Clemente to San Ysidro. His experience as both a broker and investor provides a unique perspective, allowing him to better represent clients in the acquisition and disposition of their assets. In 2021, Seth co-founded Starker West, Inc. with the vision of creating a full-service commercial real estate firm that prioritizes clients' needs above all else. He observed that too many agents in the industry were focused on commissions rather than providing genuine, client-first advice. Seth’s philosophy of sharing his experience and guiding clients as if he were in their shoes has been a cornerstone of his success. Outside of the office, Seth enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active.
