At this job I was pretty much on my own working for the night. I would wash dishes, take out the garbage, sweep, mop, and organize the dishes. I learned to be a self starter. It was a really fun job and I enjoyed being around coworkers whenever they were around.I learned how to stay busy and work when nobody was watching. Being alone at night allowed me to manage myself and my time, which is something that I highly value.

As a Sales Associate for Sherwin Williams, I was responsible for keeping customer satisfaction high through skillful communication and caring about customer needs. In this role, I was very seldom alone and worked with a team to sell paint and other goods to consumers. We had to know our product lines and be able to direct new customer to the right products, as well as encouraging our repeat customers to try new products for their projects.I would often go on deliveries and deliver paint out to work sites, run the cashier and open and close the store. I had to organize and clean daily. We were responsible for keeping track of our inventory to avoid any company losses and catch any errors made. This job really helped me to develop a team-spirit and a hard working attitude. I had a great time with my co-workers and we would work really well as a team.
