BCC fills a unique niche in the community in that it is both an events facility and a social service provider.Events Facility - BCC serves as a partner with many local nonprofits, clubs, agencies and organizations by providing a flexible and affordable location for trainings, workshops, conferences, classes and special events. We are also available to the public for weddings, receptions and private parties!Social Service Provider - BCC offers several programs that provide basic goods and services to at-risk low-income residents. These include running the largest food kitchen in Central Oregon, employment-related training to youth and adults, a used clothes baling operation and a diaper bank for infants and seniors.
