Tactical Planning Analyst
Current- Effectively plan, ensuring the most efficient use of resource across each department, supporting service delivery with the most cost-effective outcome.- Consistent communication between senior managers, department managers and stakeholders to provide the best solution and make recommendations to deliver the best outcomes for service.- In real time, update team members skill’s to effectively manage the flow of calls, to decrease wait times and put the most effective team members in the areas that need them.- Manage service on a day to day basis, optimising schedules where needed. - Accountable for the accuracy of information input within the diary management system, ensuring all data is kept up to date, conducting relevant internal audits as appropriate- Work closely with the wider Operational Planning team to complete future planning requests and Rota management where appropriate.- Challenge where appropriate the Operational Areas and front-line teams, ensuring accountability for performance related objectives such as wrap times, lunch times, adherence, and make sure behaviors are managed, ensuring any concerns/observations are feedback to the Team Manager.- Lead planning meetings with Stakeholders, capturing information in meeting including actions and decisions. Ensuring that these actions are distributed and updated.- Manage the email inbox and action any incoming emails from the wider business such as diary updated from team managers, meeting updates from senior managers or daily Rota changes from individual front line team members.- Update and collate data via excel spreadsheets and workforce engagement programs (WFM/WFO/Avaya) to effectively forecast call volumes and update planning systems where appropriate to deliver the most effective level of service.- Understand the nuances of call monitoring reports for both incoming calls and team members, updating without haste where necessary to ensure a consistent and effective level of service.
