Seth is a highly accomplished Senior Executive and Board member with a proven track record of success in leading digital business transformation and driving growth.   Prior to taking on the CEO role at Dalton Seth was President of Hi-tech for Quest Global, building and leading high-performing engineering teams partnering with Quest Global’s customer’s including Meta, Apple, Amazon, Google, HP, and Dell. Through his 30 year career in Tech Bartlett has held Global COO and Transformation/Growth roles at Cognizant and spent 25 years with Sapient during the company’s remarkable growth pre-IPO through acquisition by Publicis in 2015. Seth held various executive positions at Sapient across virtually all domains, including COO for SapientNitro.  Seth served as Lead Independent Director and Chair of Compensation & HR for Ditech Holding Corporation (NYSE: DHCP) through its sale to New Residential Investment Corp (NRZ) in Oct 2019  Seth is a Sci-Fi fan, juggler, chess player, and magician. He starred in a world-renowned magic show in Beverly, MA, from 1976-1991. Highlights included performing at the White House eight years in a row, winning Magician of The Year in 1985 (Society of American Magicians), appearing on the cover of National Geographic World magazine, and alongside the troop featured in Time & Smithsonian Magazine.
