Lead Enterprise Network Engineer
Current✔ Coach and review team member’s inbound calls regarding network and point-of-sale related issues✔ Coach team members on network and point-of-sale related tickets, day-to-day tasks, network devices, circuits, registers and servers✔ Reviewing and approving equipment needs✔ Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training✔ Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees✔ Accomplish staff job results by leading, coaching, and counseling employees; planning, guiding and appraising job results✔ Review and present weekly, monthly and quarterly team statistics to company executives✔ Manage strategic partnerships with multiple vendors and other companies ✔ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot local and remote enterprise network devices✔ Answer inbound calls regarding network and point-of-sale related issues✔ Troubleshoot and resolve network and point-of-sale related tickets, day-to-day tasks, network devices, circuits, registers and servers✔ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot large scale local and remote enterprise wireless network equipment✔ Monitor server and network alerts for the company
