Seth has broad experience representing a wide range of clients in all areas relating to the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and sale of commercial and residential real estate. In addition to his real estate practice, Seth routinely counsels clients on creative, and yet practical, solutions to business transactions, including entity formation, acquisitions, reorganization, financing, and asset purchase or sale transactions.Admitted to practice in Indiana, Maryland and Tennessee, and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Seth is a member of the Evansville Bar Association, where he also serves on the Board of Directors, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association. Since 2018 Seth has led the Evansville Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society.An Indiana native, Seth received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Wabash College, where he was named a Mills Graduate Fellow in Religion by the College and an Undergraduate Fellow by The Forum for Theological Exploration. He continued his academic pursuits at the Yale Divinity School and completed his law degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he graduated with Honors in Health Law and was nominated to the Order of Barristers.Seth's commitment to civic engagement includes his appointments to the Indiana State Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, the Board of Directors of the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra and the Board of Directors of Evansville Children’s Choir, Inc., as well as service on the Audit and Risk Committee of Youth First, Inc., Knights of Columbus Council 15092 (Annunciation Parish, Evansville, Ind.), The Philadelphia Society, and Sons of the American Revolution, in addition to his prior appointments to the Prince George's County (Md.) Human Relations Commission and the Prince George's County Human Trafficking Task Force, and service as Commander of Squadron 108, Sons of the American Legion (Cheverly, Md.).Seth lives in Newburgh, Indiana, with his wife and three daughters.
