The company’s clinical pharmacogenetic tests and consultation services are provided through its Laboratory of Personalized Health (LPH), an accredited and licensed high-complexity molecular diagnostic center and its Personalized Health Portal (PHP), a medical informatics interface for clinician decision support. Genomas is located on the campus of Hartford Hospital in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. Genomas is a subsidary of Rennova Health, a publicly traded healthcare company with a diverse portfolio.

Working with the Systems Engineering group at HHC, tasked with developing a scalable IT infrastructure to support and streamline IT operations for a rapidly growing integrated health system with approximately19,000 employees and over 2.1B in revenues. Key technology areas are Microsoft, VCE, EMC, Vmware, & Citrix. System projects included system wide migration to a new unified Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Enterprise E-mail, System Center 2012 implementation, Clinical (Epic) and Financial services system consolidation and P2V/V2V migration to a VCE VBlock private cloud.

Technical Lead on special projects team tasked with implementing Cerner Millenium Radnet solution. Trained in Cerner technologies including Fundamentals, CCL, Discern Visual Developer, Radnet, Olympus, & P2Sentinel. Provided clinical and technical expertise for other projects including Allscripts EDIS implementation, Surgical Information Systems SISCOM deployment, Critical Test Implementation. During this engagement, demonstrated knowledge and competence in medical imaging informatics by achieving certification as a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional, a certification jointly awarded by the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).

As CTO of a Microsoft Gold Partner, direct responsibility for a team providing consulting services, agile software development and infrastructure technology consulting for clients throughout Connecticut with a focus on Healthcare. Led multiple projects through the software development life cycle and provided overall vision and strategy for the company. Delivered cloud based software services to clients from a SAS 70 Type II certified data center. Repeatedly demonstrated the ability to architect and implement innovative and cost effective software solutions for business needs that provide significant and sustainable bottom-line results. Selected Accomplishments:Solutions Architect for a Healthcare Executive Management Dashboard utilized by Hartford Hospital and Midstate Medical Center which allows management to view a snap-shot of the hospitals key performance indicators.Developed a database tool at The Hospital of Special Care for collecting and reporting on quality assurance data including tools for auditing unit based medical records, management rounds, environmental rounds and other key QA metrics to measure CQI progress.Architected and implemented a paperless web based SaaS utilization review/case management solution for Eastern Rehabilitation Network which included document imaging, inbound and outbound fax support, and EDI (bi-directional) interfaces to Connecticare.Designed .NET custom tabs utilizing ObjectsPlus for the Sunrise XA Clinical EHR Platform (Allscripts/Eclipsys) to provide medication reconciliation and W- 10 Inter-Agency Transfer Form (HCH-550) creation.For the Hospital of Central Connecticut, created an application to manage the “New Britain Asthma Initiative”, which provided comprehensive asthma management with the goals of improving the health status of children with asthma and reducing medical care expenditures.In 2009, Arbot Software's contracts were acquired by Industrial Defender (subsequently acquired by Lockeed Martin).

Initially hired to support Human Resources & Business Services, transitioned to Clinical Systems during Y2K contingency planning. Supported the design, development and implementation of distributed systems throughout the healthcare enterprise to provide business solutions to customers directly improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their service delivery. Coordinated the implementation of interfaces between systems to facilitate workflow and billing processes. Identified impacts of change to existing processes, making recommendations for improvements where appropriate. Familiarity with eMAR and CPOE implementations and integration with ancillary department workflows. On-call responsibility for clinical systems included troubleshooting system failures and application vendor support coordination. Founder of Premier, a monthly English language magazine produced and distributed in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Developed original business plan, recruited partners, established operations. Working with British partner, led an editorial group of 10-15 correspondents; Together with Russian partner, managed a marketing operating group of 15-20 employees.
