-Administered the Fulbright Senior Scholars Program for the Middle East/North Africa/South Asia Unit at CIES, a division of the Institute of International Education-Interpreted and adapted to changing immigration regulations as they applied to J-1 visa holders and J-2 accompanying dependants, including current regional political issues, issuance of DS-2019 forms, and SEVIS compliance-Facilitated extensive communications between and with foreign scholars, Fulbright Commissions overseas, U.S. embassies abroad, the U.S. Department of State and higher education institutions across the U.S.-Scheduled recurring grant payments and assisted with accounting processes while maintaining grant and payment records

-Pitched social marketing press releases to editors of online and print media-Created media, inventory, and publication reports and new proposals for clients

Hired and managed a staff of 8 food workers, organized a daily menu and ordered all necessary food and supplies for 300 people.
