I started as an office assistant, helping to schedule and bill for jobs, but I ended up taking on more responsibilities as the company grew. I also worked in the field, meeting with potential clients and taking measurements for various installations. Occasionally, I assisted with installations, or in the shop with construction of custom built-in projects.

I talked to customers on the phone or in a chat client, or addressed their issues via a support ticket. I worked with the customers to solve minor technical issues they encountered in the course of operating their eCommerce store.

I helped produce videos and screenshots that were released as marketing assets for Star Wars: The Old Republic. I gathered in-game footage, and I assembled and edited it based on project briefs. I also helped record interviews and b-roll with the video camera for specialized pieces.

I helped ensure the lot was organized, trade-ins were properly processed, all cars had their required information displayed and keys in the right place. I delivered or retrieved vehicles for customers, other dealerships, and events. I occasionally assisted with filing paperwork for work done by our auto techs.
