In support of the UCHealth System as a healthcare leader in Colorado and the Nation, I am playing my part to make sure the WELLS Center carries on that leadership into medical and healthcare simulation. My provision of leadership operationally and administratively at the WELLS Center has led to new and impactful relationships throughout the health system.

• MSCs mission is to simply advance clinical quality and patient safety around the world by solving complex and costly problems. I play my part to help hospitals improve their performance, lower costs and decrease.
• Collaborating and consulting with product marketing and sales teams to assure optimization of go-to-market strategies for simulation-based services & products
• Leveraging product and project management skills that work to optimize the quality of content MSC delivers to our customers
• Actively engaging with product teams using an iterative, agile process to assure quality in functionality, delivery and consumption of the products we create
• Getting my hands dirty and developing clinical simulations and designing courses that customers wantI collaborate with software, hardware and clinical development teams as Product Owner and by creating quality.

• Active responsibilities of creating scenarios, scenario templates, running simulations, facilitated debrief, and data entry and interpretation of all simulation and facilitation activities.

- Paramedic Field Trainer on urban 911 ambulance.- Administrative interests include project management and development - I have a passion for medical simulation. I am in the process of collaborating on the creation of a multidisciplinary simulation center at Denver Health Medical Center- Other responsibilities and interests include all-hazards disaster.

included the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of disaster preparedness courses targeted to first responders and healthcare professionals. Participated in the organization of and was a controller for Denver Hospital Exercise 2008, which involved the participation of over 10 Denver Metro area hospitals in preparation of a large.

Field Based

(previously METI) Responsibilities include delivering multi-disciplinary education-based training on METI's human patient simulators and related products; directing educational and technical content in a clear, concise, yet customized presentation to students; and managing classroom activities to fit a rigid time schedule.

Provided emergency medical care on a 911 ambulance for multiple fire department based EMS systems including one with a volunteer fire service.

Responsibilities included EMS, structural firefighting, ARFF, continuous training, safety inspections, and fire protection of all Air National Guard, Air Force, New Zealand and private aircraft.Rural / Metro
