CurrentEleven Canterbury is a unique boutique firm: a talent agency for senior executives managing a portfolio of professional activities in their “second careers.” We have access to talent – thousands of C-Suite executives (either recently retired or between roles), and seasoned industry experts. We are selective, know all of our experts, and only accept referrals from people inside the Eleven Canterbury circle of trust. Executives are available on demand for short and medium term engagements. Clients think of us as a high-end talent scouts and work with Eleven Canterbury to reach experts with specific profiles. While our roots are in financial services, we now encompass a variety of industries including retail, energy, telecom and autos. Eleven Canterbury is responsible, cost conscious and flexible without the high overhead of a traditional consulting firm. With our coaching and guidance, our executives work quickly and efficiently at the direction of our clients. When engagements take place within a service framework, we focus on key performance indicators.
