I am pursuing an associate's degree in Business at Macomb Community College, expected to graduate in May 2026. I have been working as an Assistant General Manager at Urban Air Adventure Parks since February 2024, overseeing operations, performing administrative duties, managing staff, and implementing policies. I have a passion for creating everlasting memories and activating awesome for our guests and team members. My core competencies include problem solving, employee training, and communication.In my current role, I work with the General Manager and the corporate team to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service at our park. I also design and execute maintenance, inspection, and training procedures for our attractions, which range from trampolines to ropes courses to climbing walls. I have earned the Adventure Attractions Certification Level 1 from AIMS International, and I am also SafeSport Trained by the U.S. Center for SafeSport. I enjoy working in a dynamic and fun environment, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to enhance the guest experience and support the growth and development of our park and staff.
