As an attorney Seth represents life sciences, healthcare and technology clients through the full company life cycle, from seed stage through private financings, mergers & acquisitions and initial public offerings as well as representing venture capital firms and strategic investors that are the lifeblood of these amazing companies. Seth also regularly advises his clients on general corporate issues, securities matters and implications of proposed business transactions.Before entering law school, Mr. Pearson was a financial professional with a broad range of experience in quantitative and statistical analysis, budgeting, accounting, and forecasting holding various positions in several Fortune 500 companies.One of Seth's greatest professional experiences was working in the Executive Office of the President at the White House during the Obama Administration where he provided support for President Obama's presidential appointments process.EducationMr. Pearson earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law (J.D., 2016). During his time at Duke, he served as president of the Black Graduate and Professional Student Association, president of OUTLaw (the LGBTQIAA+ law students association), and treasurer of the Duke University Hurston-James Society.
