Our lean team adopted a bootstrapping mentality, reinvesting profits directly into improving the member experience by introducing better IoT devices, longer contracts, and collective bargaining. Our Small Town Internet plans offered unlimited data, zero contracts, easy setup, and worked seamlessly where traditional internet options were unavailable.We took immense pride in building everything in-house, from writing content and designing our modem/router device to honing our customer value proposition in our marketing strategy and negotiating commercial fixed wireless accounts to power our members' service.
