• Calling relevant companies, identifying prospective candidate based on the clarity points.
• Speaking to prospective candidates, extract relevant and necessary information. Asking CVs of pre-qualified candidate.

• Handles international publishing account
• Monitor calls of telesales officers
• Provide detailed and accurate evaluations for agents
• Assists the Training and Operations Team in agent development
• Close coordination with team leaders on agents’ performance on quality metrics
• Act as subject matter officer on product knowledge and program updates

• Basic Glass Division - Production(F5)
• Coordinates and conducts all activities related to raw materials control, batch formulation and batch plants.
• Checks and monitors availability and condition of raw materials needed in glass production
• Computes the batch formulation based on production schedule.
• Coordinates with Raw materials Department regarding loading, raw material needed per batch.
• Check result of batch formula move from melting to Glass quality.
