Responsible for monitoring, auditing, and enforcing the Independent Distributor Agreement, including it's Policies and Procedures, through the Internet and company software and through other interactions with the company’s distributors and customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:• Provide basic training and support to employees, distributors and customers in Distributor Policies & Procedures, Distributor Terms & Conditions, Preferred Customer Terms & Conditions, and Compliance processes overall.• Process and respond to Distributor and Customer requests by email and/or telephone regarding compliance related matters.• Monitor internet issues, including social media sites, internet auctions and Distributor websites.• Implement and maintain filing systems to document, track and update the status of requests and complaints submitted.• Improve timeliness and effectiveness of the compliance response.• Keep internal and external compliance resources up to date with most current information.• Act as initial point of contact for distributor support, sales and marketing relative to compliance issues.• Communicate with distributors regarding non-compliant materials. Assist distributors with the submission, review and approval of their training materials.• Investigate non-compliant incidences, recruiting and sale of products, including those activities conducted through the Internet.• Assist with monitoring programs and audits designed to detect suspicious transactions, fraud, and other possible violations of policies and procedures.• Identify possible suspicious activity by reviewing account transactions and customer information.• Assist in preparation of reports to keep management informed of the Compliance Department's activities and status of investigations into suspicious activity.• Review and make recommendations as to the policies and procedures and related training,monitoring, and enforcement processes.
