Invited to be part of the Jesus Culture team I came on to help with project coordination and many other details during a crucial time of transition as the organization moved from Redding, CA to Sacramento CA. In the beginning my role at Jesus Culture touched areas of the Creative department, Emerge student curriculum, Jesus Culture Conferences, and the coming church plant.As of January 2014 I began working directly with the local church plant team in developing, strategizing and planning the launch of Jesus Culture Sacramento.In September with the launch of Jesus Culture Sacramento, my responsibilities were expanded and I took on the role of Production Manager for the Local Church.

I started a ministry that filled a missing gap in the Church's reach to College and Career age individuals. As a result I joined the leadership team in making decisions and leading the organization.I developed a Conference that supplemented the value of the previously mentioned ministry. I lead the vision for this project and managed a team of individuals who carried out the details making it a great success.I recognized the need for and spearheaded a project to rebrand the church. From the ground up I lead a team to develop new mission statement, graphics, tag line and other branding products to implement throughout the church.I lead my team to start a cafe at the church to facilitate stronger relational connections within regular attenders to first time visitors.My work at Faith Chapel helped the organization keep up with the ever changing culture and connect missing pieces to reach a larger audience while championing the vision of it's leadership.
