I am a proven achiever with 16 years of experience in subcontract management, subcontract program management, procurement, supply chain management and financial management. I have both domestic and international experience in government and private industry; and have extensive experience leading large and complex suppliers. I have 11+ years of earned value experience, with 8+ of those being a certified Cost Account Manager [CAM]. In my current role, I am simultaneously the subcontract program manager for a $650M contract [Orion DDTE] and a $320M contract [Orion OPOC]. In this role, I am responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of a large complex supplier with dozens of critical flight hardware deliverables. In this role, I am responsible for not only leading this supplier, but also large internal cross-functional team of engineers, planners, subcontract administration and a financial analyst.
