Responsible for leading the team in innovation and taking risks to try new things. Incorporating new applications and programs into existing infrastructure. Part of creating a culture of innovation is allowing for things to fail. These are learning lessons that are just as valuable as the ones that succeed. My role is to help limit our exposure so creative ideas can be attempted and document the results to help grow the team's skills and abilities.Some of the projects include VR New Hire, Endorsement Application, Assessment Application, Sales Scenario Tool, PowerApps rollout for Sales and creating Conversation Bots using PowerVA and RASA.

I lead a team of people responsible for the enablement of technical and specialty sales resources including Global Presales. We create technical boot camps, deeper training modules, plan enablement for new product releases and create dashboard reports for field leadership to monitor training and enablement of their teams. We connect the plans of record from our Field Sales Enablement Leads to created and curated content to ensure that our audiences go-to-market plans have all appropriate knowledge and training mapped out.

Responsible for training and development of Dell EMC's global Presales Force through quarterly accreditation, boot camps, new hire training, and other venues. Act as the voice of the field to corporate business units and education departments to make sure all of our products are relevant to the field. Our goal is to facilitate lifecycle growth of the Presales team through onboarding, ongoing, and on-demand enablement.
