I have the opportunity to lead a growing and dynamic behavioral health organization, committed to providing the best evidence-based care to support our patients, their families, and their communities.

The Center for Children with Special Needs is an interdisciplinary clinic specializing in the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with complex developmental disabilities including Autism, Asperger Syndrome, and related developmental disorders. I currently serve as the Co-Director for The Center for Children with Special Needs with responsibilities for leading the operational, financial, business development, human resource, marketing, and administrative functions of CCSN to help guide the organization to meet our clinical mission and support individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, their families, and their communities.

In my role I am responsible for supporting a team of clinicians and developing business models that will increase the scope of care that we are able to provide to patients and their families. In addition, I partner with our clinical teams and outside organizations to explore both domestic and international business development opportunities where we can leverage CCSN's clinical expertise to provide necessary services to individuals with Autism spectrum disorders, their families, and their communities.

During my tenure at The Hartford I held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility that included underwriting, sales, strategy, operations, business development, and partner management. My most recent role was Director of Partner Management with oversight responsibility for several key distribution partners.

Provided business leadership for large-scale IT infrastructure project. Responsible for articulating business needs and coordinating with appropriate technical partners to design and deliver a customer-intake platform that would meet both current business needs as well as projected future needs.
