    For several years I coordinated and taught in the Business School at the graduate (MBA) and undergraduate levels. I introduced teaching with using the case study method and wrote the University's first teaching case study about a local, woman-owned, startup in the fashion industry. Courses I taught include Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/ESG), Marketing Management, Business Leadership, Business Communications, and Entrepreneurship in the MBA program; and Career Planning and Urban Development for undergraduates. For all courses, I developed my own curriculum. Coached and supervised MBA students on their senior theses. Moved to the Anthropology program to develop a new concentration in Urban Planning and Design. Co-taught two introductory courses: Introduction to Urban and Regional Planning and Redesigning the Commons, a practicum on working with neighborhoods in the City of Bishkek to improve public spaces. After several years, the program was officially approved by the administration and took in its first majors in the 2022-2023 academic year.

Managed accounting department, guards, drivers, and information systems. Supported Volunteers and staff through violent revolution in April 2010. Implemented numerous changes that improved Volunteer support and operational efficiency.

Clean water dramatically reduced infant mortality due to dysenteries in the villages. The program proved so successful that by the end of the decade the Peace Corps had phased out of the program, turning it over to the Government.
