Seth Flater is the Director of Sales Engineeering at Recruit Rooster. With a knack for all things technology and an analytical mind, this self-professed math nerd operates as an integral part of the Recruit Rooster team and loves to use his skills to craft and facilitate strategies for Companies looking to increase their online presence and bring further awareness to their recruitment marketing efforts. By evaluating different sources of analytics and metrics from sites within the Recruit Rooster portfolio, he’s able to fully understand and provide Members with benchmarks and guidance pertaining to their various hiring initiatives from veteran recruitment to diversity-focused activities. Seth began his career in the HR field at DirectEmployers Association as a Business Development Coordinator where he crunched numbers and compiled Association costs and developed new sales tools and processes for the Business Development team. He also aided the team in setting up partnership contracts with affirmative action law firms, ad agencies and niche job boards. Seth currently holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Economics and Political Science from Wabash College. He begins each day at the office with a perfectly chilled Mountain Dew that has spent exactly 45 minutes in the freezer.
