HD Homes was created in 2009 by two of the partners of Village Homes, LP in Fort Worth to provide good-looking, well-built homes in the older, heavily desired areas of Cowtown under $350,000. We are now building in Keller, Arlington, Aledo, Burleson, Mansfield and of course the Cultural District of Fort Worth. We have doubled in production every year we've been in business. We like it. The single guiding principle at Village Homes is to build unique, inspiring homes combining timeless architectural design with modern innovation for discerning clients who value exceptional quality and understated elegance.Since 2005 I have facilitated over $26 Million dollars in sales of new homes. Beyond inviting clients to make buying decisions, I am involved with land development and prospecting new opportunities where we can build. My duties include building working relationships with the top real estate producers in Fort Worth.I also enjoy presenting to the City of Fort Worth Board of Adjustments for special variances--who doesn't like to see themselves on closed caption TV from time-to-time?

Working as the Healthcare and Educational Software Consultant at SWDatacom allowed me to wear many hats. I represented four different software and hardware companies in a sales capacity for identification management segment of the DFW Metroplex. Not only did I have a multitude of products to offer clients, but I had to understand how those products could best apply to a variety of workplace situations.My duties included contacting and presenting solutions to admissions directors, IT managers, supervisors, and superintendents of hospitals and schools across the Metroplex.
