· Lead opposing teams to the various locker rooms depending on the sport· Make sure opposing team is adhering to the pregame schedule· Set up the umpires or referees with their headsets and lead them to their pregame lockers· Give umpires a cart ride from locker room to PK Park for baseball games · Scan fans into games at Pape Field and perform bag checks· Move barriers into position pregame and postgame at Pape Field and PK Park· Conduct crowd control during the event in progress

As the direct assistant under Offensive Line Coach Alex Mirabal daily tasks at the facility included:· Morning and night meetings with the whole team· Tagging film so that it will be organized and easy to navigate when the offensive coaches and players watch film· Checking in the entire roster 2-3 days a week for morning for meetings· Assisting Coach Mirabal and Graduate Assistant Kirk Barron with drills during practice· Relaying the play calls to the offensive line signalers, and after learning all the signals filling in as a signaler during practice.· Organizing and distributing play cards for Coach Mirabal, Coach Barron, and Coach Cody Woodiel· Charting penalties during practice and creating a penalty report for every coach on staff to have during their post-practice meetings, and creating a penalty database for the coaches to have access to and gather important data from· Assisting the two offensive line signalers during our games · Charting penalties on the field as the game goes on· Tagging film directly after the game ends to have it ready for coaches and analysts immediately · Assisting with other miscellaneous gameday duties to help Coach Mirabal on the field

· Provided customer support to fans who had issues with entry into Padres games and made sure they had good game day experiences whenever possible· Excelled in providing support to fans on the MLB Ballpark App, which is a digital platform for fans to buy tickets, store tickets, access their account, and became familiar and comfortable with the Pro-Venue Ticketing System· Attended meetings with the Sellers, Ticket Office Assistants, and three managers that detailed the gameday promotions for that day and other information we would need to be able to effectively answer fan’s questions, ballpark operations information that we needed to be aware of to operate successfully throughout the park, and important selling points for the box office sellers that day which was also useful for us
