Seth Gerber is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on trade secret, restrictive covenant, and employee mobility matters. Seth has been recognized four times as one of California's Top Trade Secrets Lawyers by the Daily Journal and named as a Leading Lawyer nationally for his trade secrets practice. According to The Legal 500, Morgan Lewis's "trade secrets working group head Seth Gerber enjoys a stellar reputation in the space for his work as a trial lawyer, prosecuting and defending claims for misappropriation and mass raid cases." Seth currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets, and he regularly speaks on panels and publishes articles about trade secret issues. Seth also co-authored the chapter on injunctions in the treatise "Trade Secret Litigation & Protection" published by The Intellectual Property Section of the California Lawyers Association. In 2011, the Daily Journal named Seth Gerber one of the top 20 lawyers in California under the age of 40. He has been recognized multiple times as a Southern California "Super Lawyer." Seth is the recipient of the State Bar of California's Wiley M. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services and the Anti-Defamation League's Daniel R. Ginsberg Leadership Award. He has served as Chair of the Pacific Southwest Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League. Seth is also a former endurance athlete who has finished five IRONMAN triathlons of 140.6 miles and qualified for and run the Boston Marathon.
