Engagement Manager
Current- Manage a portfolio of consulting engagements with annual revenue in excess of $7 million, across multiple customers and clients
- Accountable for revenue forecasting, financial management, and project margin
- Ensure overall client satisfaction and sentiment through regular meetings and business reviews, as well as delivery health – managing bandwidth, changes in scope, and overall team performance
- Responsible for contract management, including creating and processing new Statements of Work, Change Orders, Amendments, and other contract extensions
- Drive and support business development efforts, including expansion of existing projects and net new opportunities from external and client referrals.
