I am an internationally experienced human capital consulting leader with two decades of professional experience gained in some of the world’s largest, most complex, recognisable corporates and consultancies. Focused on achieving high-impact strategic outcomes, my experience includes 13 years in corporate roles and 9 years in human capital consulting across sectors, including considerable time within Energy corporates. In parallel, I am a qualified board director (GAICD) with 3 years of board experience. As a Senior Principal at Mercer, I advise our clients on interventions to optimise employee experience and elevate employee engagement, in the context of broader human capital strategy and transformation. This is a continuation of my Director role with Kincentric, up until the acquisition of Kincentric's engagement business by Mercer. Prior to this, I worked in People & Change with KPMG and before this, for 13 years, in corporate HR leadership roles in the Middle East.I have an MBA in Oil & Gas Management (with Distinction) from Robert Gordon University in Scotland, and completed an executive program in HR Strategy at London Business School. Earlier, I graduated with an MA and BA from the University of Auckland, where I focused on international relations and political economy. I am a qualified board director and GAICD member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In addition, I am a Professional Member (CAHRI) of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and am a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
