Before joining AGCO, Seth spent over two decades at Deere & Company, a global leader in agricultural, construction, and forestry equipment. His leadership experience included Global Director of Customer and Product Support, where he directed efforts to implement AI initiatives that generated $100M in customer value. Seth also served as Director of Worldwide Marketing and Support, and Director of Marketing for Europe, CIS, North Africa, and the Near and Middle East.Seth is known for his collaborative and inclusive interpersonal style while not shying away from tough decision.
