I am responsible for coordinating advertising budgets and social campaigns through Facebook, in addition to managing the social media accounts of multiple small businesses throughout the United States. I am also tasked with preparing analytics and marketing reports for clients, as well as occasional editing on behalf of my department. My daily duties include executing promotional campaigns through targeted advertising, drafting relevant marketing content to represent my clients’ unique industries, and ensuring nothing short of well-written and factual content leaves our office.

Working as both a customer service representative/cashier and sales associate, my duties varied by department. On the floor, I was responsible for assisting customers, recommending products, stocking shelves, taking inventory, and end-of-day recovery. Most of my time was spent ringing up customers' purchases, handling payments, and resolving customer issues should they arise.
