HyperVerge is a bootstrapped AI-native start-up in the fintech and geospatial space catering to over 100 global clients across 5 geographies. We build computer vision solutions for highly regulated industries. At HyperVerge, I led a hybrid marketing team to develop and execute the overall marketing, global PR, and content syndication strategies for the US, SEA, and Indian markets. I designed the product positioning and messaging for different markets through cross-functional collaboration. Some key highlights:• Generated $300,000 MRR (POC) and $13,200 MRR (won) from high-impact programs (including GTM and demand generation) that yielded 133x ROI• Developed and implemented ABM efforts for the Indian market, working with the KAM team to define and develop top prospect lists and customer accounts• Created a resource library with tailored content for each segment in the Product-ICP-AIDA matrix

BlackBuck is India’s largest trucking platform with annual revenue of $ 3B and has brought the offline operations of trucking online to 3+ lakhs partner trucks. My focus was on category management for GPS products. In particular, I led the new product launch, designed and executed promotions, running digital campaigns and BTL activities, and set up new revenue channels (distributor/dealer network) to grow the core revenue by 10% in 3 months

Schneider Electric is a global manufacturer of electrical equipment and supplies. The partner network in India is 1000+ strong and contributes to about 75% of the total revenue. Schneider’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program recognizes and promotes the top 10% of the mid-managers across the organization, and I was fortunate to be 1 of the 50 chosen in my cohort. Some key highlights:• Co-led the GTM strategy and execution for expansion into tier-II cities and added 4 new locations and 20 channel partners by analyzing competitive landscape and product revenue• Increased the total annual revenue by 15% by developing product and portfolio messaging, positioning, and building a concise value proposition based on customer personas and route to market• Used customer sentiment and landscape analysis to understand challenges and buying behavior, and developed a new product that enabled a 40% reduction in manual workload• Created marketing and sales enablement kits to help the sales team and channel partners sell more products and solutions

Quikr is India’s leading online classified marketplace that is used by over 30 million unique users a month and is present in 1200 cities. I developed a new product feature to increase lead conversion and reduce order cancellations using customer analysis and primary market research. I also collaborated with the GTM team to execute a successful product launch.

Reliance Industries Ltd. manufactures petrochemicals, synthetic fibers, fiber intermediates, textiles, blended yarn, and polyester staple fiber. I worked on the ground as an Instrumentation Engineer in different plant locations and product types. I achieved 100% of the set production targets despite critical shutdowns and contributed to productivity improvements through TPM programs.
