As the current Managing Director of Ang Firma, I am at the forefront of a pioneering endeavor to revolutionize the healthcare landscape in Cambodia. Our mission is to leverage innovative technologies and strategies to enhance healthcare delivery and access, aiming to set new benchmarks for excellence in the sector. This role not only aligns with my passion for transformative change but also encapsulates my commitment to improving lives through leadership in healthcare innovation.In 2022, I founded Pheasa, an online tutoring service dedicated to democratizing language learning for Cambodian adults. Recognizing the barriers that limited educational opportunities pose to personal and professional development, Pheasa was conceived to provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality language learning options. Within just a year, we have successfully enrolled over 100 students, empowering them to enhance their English proficiency and achieve commendable IELTS band scores. This milestone has facilitated numerous individuals in pursuing their studies abroad, thereby opening doors to global opportunities and fostering cross-cultural understanding.Prior to my ventures in healthcare and education, I initiated a podcast program aimed at enlightening Cambodian youth on a wide array of subjects, including mental health, filmmaking, and technology. Over the span of four years, this initiative has resonated deeply within the community, amassing over 200,000 followers on our Facebook page. The success of this program not only underscores the power of digital media in educational outreach but also highlights my dedication to addressing diverse societal issues through innovative platforms.This journey of social entrepreneurship and advocacy culminated in my selection as a youth delegate for the Council of Europe in France. Representing Cambodia on this prestigious international stage enabled me to forge connections with young change-makers from various corners of the globe, further enriching my perspective on global challenges and collaborative solutions.As I look to the future, I am driven by the ambition to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare and education. By fostering partnerships, encouraging innovation, and advocating for equitable access, I am committed to making a lasting impact on the Cambodian community and beyond.
