Developed and maintained key talent agency, and management company relationships which resulted in the acquisition of over 40 celebrity, YouTube, and lifestyle influencer partners to full service digital rights representation agreements. EQAL, funded by SV Angel and Spark Capital, managed the technical, editorial, community, business, sales, and cross platform social media presence for a client list that included: Jennifer Lopez, Lauren Conrad, Bethenny Frankel, Michelle Phan, and Alicia Silverstone ("The Kind Life"). Oversaw the negotiation, sale, delivery, and reporting of over 750 annual social media placements, and sponsored posts for more than 125 premium advertisers across several lifestyle verticals. Created, and implemented annual revenue roadmap and forecasts with the President, and COO for EQAL's roster of celebrity and influencer media networks, and ongoing P&L and Operational responsibilities. Annual revenue increased exponentially until the company’s sale in 2012.

Spearheaded, developed, and led the execution of EQAL's private SaaS beta program/MCN offering “Umbrella”, which launched over 70 media networks for celebrities and lifestyle influencers. Umbrella was a CMS with extensive social features, audience capture, and analytic capabilities across multiple platforms.Prospected, negotiated, closed, and oversaw the execution and operations of 350+ custom, native, premium advertorial campaigns which were primarily used by advertisers to address content marketing, contest, and DR initiatives. EQAL’s sponsored posts were native to the publisher’s main content feed, included social syndication, and an email activation component.Crafted, negotiated, managed and otherwise was instrumental in signing two of the company's first long-term agency deals with Earth Balance (Nasdaq-GFA), and Paula Deen Enterprises.Directed all internal working media integrated into company's multi-year branded entertainment campaigns including: Kraft Foods (“Real Women of Philadelphia”), Walgreens (“Walk with Walgreens”), Clorox (“Ode to the Commode”), and Valspar (“Valspar Color Project”). Conceived, executed, and managed a digital content syndication network around the EQAL produced 'Get Cookin' with Paula Deen' web series. Webisodes were syndicated to top tier food/recipe sites including: recipe4living.com, thatsmyhome.com, cooksrecipes.com, cdkitchen.com, bigoven.com, and foodreference.com.Discovered new business opportunities that fell outside the traditional RFP cycle for revenue growth. These efforts resulted in EQAL signing partnership deals in areas like virtual goods, gifting, and affiliate commerce.
