El Pomar’s Fellowship experience develops high-achieving, service-minded, recent college graduates and early career professionals into dynamic community leaders primed to make an impact across multiple sectors. Fellows obtain valuable learning opportunities through direct exposure to Colorado’s philanthropic and nonprofit arenas, targeted professional development, peer management, program oversight and connection with an engaged network of nearly 300 alumni.

- Facilitated the visitations of school groups ranging from 5 students to 250 students.- Founded the Clyde's Guide Discord Server to enhance prospective student engagement.

Since the beginning of my Junior year at UCCS, I had the honor to be part of this prestigious group of undergrads. Through the program, my class got to meet with local leaders in the Colorado Springs area, participate in numerous volunteering opportunities, and navigate our personal leadership and professional development journeys. The Chancellor's Leadership Class (CLC) is a four-year undergraduate leadership development program at UCCS initiated in 1997. The program is designed to engage scholars with the members of the Colorado Springs community to nourish positive community impact through leadership and training. CLC strives to empower students to become leaders by facilitating opportunities for self-reflection, community service, and professional development. Scholars also prepare and develop to be advocates for their personal passion and purpose in life.The goal of CLC is to help our Scholars realize their potential and become confident in their approach to life and commitment to community. Served as the Student Representative on the Theatreworks Advisory Board. Engaged in the creation and implementation of "Student Nights" for UCCS students to watch theatre at the Ent Center on-campus. Organized workshops for students to collaborate with visiting artists. Informed the advisory board about the ongoing student productions and events. Canvased the community to draw excitement about upcoming productions and disperse promotional elements.
