Uniting his extensive experience in private equity with a passion for design, over the past decade Seth has honed his expertise to provide practical advice for the creative sphere and built a practice and community invested in creativity and business growth.Prior to founding Kaplowitz Group, Seth was the legal and operational director of an international private equity firm based in South Africa. His substantial background in private equity informs the way he advises his clients, and is the foundation for his belief that creating and maintaining optionality is a creative professional’s most important asset. Prior to private equity, Seth worked in private legal practice in the United States in corporate law and litigation.Seth also provides pro-bono legal counsel for a number of non-profit organizations, including the Saint Joseph’s Arts Foundation (where he is also a member of the Board of Directors), the Provincetown Public Arts Foundation, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts NY, Good Eats, and the Provincetown Arts Society.
