Responsible for driving economic development through tourism based initiatives for Lake City, South Carolina. Direct priorities for program activities in a manner that is consistent with the strategic planand intent of the Board.Identify new opportunities to leverage resources in an effort to maximize the impact ofmarketing and promotions for Lake City domestically and internationally.Ensure that current programs are consistent with the mission and identify new programs and methods to accomplish the mission of the CDO.

The Inn at the Crossroads is a boutique hotel located in downtown Lake City, SC. The hotel consisting of luxury guest rooms and suites and boasts 12,000 square feet of meeting space. Located inside of the hotel is our award winning restaurant, Crossroads on Main.

As the Front Office Manager of this 330 room property my duties included but are not limited to;-Oversee all aspects of the following departments; Front Desk, PBX, Bellman, Valet and Security-Responsible for purchasing and inventory-Oversee 25-30 direct reports-Responsible for the vast improvement in guest service scores
