Collaborated with a three-person leadership team that designed and implemented unique leadership programs for Chicago-based religious leaders. Managed $750,000 budget and operations. Oversaw the recruitment, nominations and application process for prospective participants.● Coordinated the nomination and selection process for three 12-person cohorts of multifaith leaders from diverse traditions across the Chicago area. This cohort group fostered relationships internally while connecting to leaders in other sectors.

Created programs that engaged student and community members in artistic and spiritual exploration. Managed a team of 10+ student employees who assisted in maintaining a multi-faith University chapel, hosting and accommodating 50+ events/week. Provided chaplaincy support, including multi-faith dialogue and creating personally and culturally relevant programs in response to students’ needs. Provided spiritual care to the University and neighboring communities.

I help students, scholars and professionals understand the vulnerability of being a public facing person. I facilitate workshops and one-one-one coaching to help mitigate the anxiety that often accompanies this act. Unlike many speaking trainers, I do not approach this with a set of rules, but rather work with each person's already unique strengths and abilities. I have a Master of Fine Arts in theater performance and will receive a Master of Divinity from the University of Chicago Divinity School in June of 2015. I currently do workshops and individual coaching across The University of Chicago. My goal is to work with students at institutions of excellence and through the foundation of their body and voice, help them be more powerful public speakers, oral communicators and public-facing people.
